"The host, the venue, the proximity to most things"

"The host was accommodating despite my train coming late. Very friendly owner, greeted at the gate and shown to apartement. Apartment consisted of 3 rooms (2 other guests and my room). Shared kitchen and share toilet and bathroom. Clean room."

"it's a comfy and nice place to stay. the host was great and let my friend stay with me for cheap which we were really grateful for :) would book again."

"only thing is the location is not very safe at night but that's expected in a city like paris haha, i would suggest if you are a girl and going home late to just get an uber or bolt rather than the metro/tram. otherwise in the day time it is good :)"

"To be honest i always return in any apartment i like.. for this i would come back again for sure.. it is a shared apartment.. very clean.. comfortable bedroom.. everything was perfect.. i felt at home.. close to train station .. 6 mins from saint denis… Host is superb .. kitchen, my nieghours perfect… Everything was great. "Not so much good value for money since it is a shared apartment. I guess it is because of the high demand… everything is 100%"
