"The young lady on reception was very nice, the room was what you would expect from an Ibis, the restaurant was really very good and not overpriced. It is in a commercial area but only a very short walk to a lovely lake on one side or the river on the other."

"Comfortable room, exceptional security within the hotel, comfortable bed, followed by a lovely breakfast. Basically, eat what you want. Good WIFI, certainly fast enough for streaming Netflix etc. Very good air con & the Hotel is in a good position for shopping & onward travel. Also close to the lake for a good walk."

"Room was very small. The area,very business like,surroundings were not attractive.Supermarket,and food outlets were surrounding hotel. That end of the city is not interesting or pleasant to look at. We were only staying one night and it was raining alot.We drove further into the center bit not really impressed."

"The lovely receptionist on arrival made us very welcome she also helped us navigate the escalator with room card etc. She is a great asset to the hotel. Evening meal good just took once again senior citizens a little time to order via internet! Breakfast good, staff very helpful. Check out was just as efficient as arrival was, exceptional staff."

"Without a doubt, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my own! The pillows were pretty good, too. The AC was really efficient, and the room was wonderfully cool when we arrived after a long, hot journey. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced."

"One of the waitresses (she wore glasses) was extremely offhand and inhospitable. A smile and a greeting go a long way!!!"

"A good place for an overnight stop. Comfortable, clean and a bit of style. A nice meal and breakfast + friendly staff."

"This is my first Ibis experience and it has converted me forever. I’m afraid before this I have never been tempted. My loss! The bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept very well. The room was clean and I had a good breakfast before leaving. Fortunately they checked the room and delivered my prescription glasses that I had left behind while I was eating. Thank you IBIS!!! I travelled with two dogs and we were all treated very well. Great location and parking."
