"On the edge of the old city - very convenient to access with car or public transportation and can walk to everything in the centre within a couple of minutes. Located in a quiet street. Next to a big city parking garage with affordable fee. Comfy bed. Super warm and welcoming staff at reception desk."

"The room is small. No kettle for tea in the room. Only one 500ml bottled complementary water for two guests a day. We stayed in the 2nd floor and can hear guests upstairs walking at night. Had to return parking card after we used it to exit the paid garage is inconvenient- we had to park temp somewhere. Should just give guests a day ticket with 20euros charge."

"We were upgraded as the room we were allocated did not look like any of the photos on the hotel booking site and wasn’t up to that standard. The upgrade was instant on request and apologies made without any awkwardness. The pool was very cold, not 29c as advertised which was such a shame as it is such a nice spa area otherwise, just way too cold for me."
