"Le petit déjeuner était copieux, fournit à volonté, frais (Fruit, charcuterie), pâtisserie et pain croustillant. Le calme et la vue. La sympathie du propriétaire très arrangeant et des personnels également, les conseils pour les sites à visiter dans le secteur. Établissement propre, lit confortable. Salle de bain très bien et fraîchement refaite. Correspondait exactement à mon attente pour un hôtel 2 étoiles. Un restaurant appartenant à la famille est disponible à une centaine de mètres."

"The location was first class, right next to the catherdral. The hotel and room was clean, modern and functional. I thought very reasonably priced, especially given the great location. The secured underground parking much appreciated."

"An older hotel with plenty of character. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was rather spartan/tired but warm and the bed was comfortable. View from the room over the surrounding vineyards was spectacular. Shower had plenty of hot water but shower head had to be held by hand which we found awkward. Breakfast was typical French style and ok. Restaurant in the evening was very good with a reasonable choice and really excellent food (we ate there both nights of our stay). Parking was on the road just up from the hotel and was free. We would happily stay there again when visiting Sancerre."

And if you stay visit the spanish restaurant two mins up the road for dinner or lunch. Lovely waterside view. Don’t hesitate to book now."
"Lovely and relaxed one night stay during a short road trip to the country side around Nice. Short, albeit steep, uphill walk to the nearby village provided beautiful views for the dinner. As a culmination, we were lucky enough to be greeted by Gaston(ette) during a wonderful breakfast. Voilà!"
