Hôtel HAPY

"The rooms are comfortable - good bed and a small fridge (with mini bar contents). There's a microwave for guests on the floor. The staff were very kind and helpful. There is a secure, gated car park for guest cars, which is fantastic. All of the rooms are on the second floor with no stairs, so you have to carry luggage up two pretty tall flights to your room. The location is a bit outside of town, and there is no place to eat within walking distance. This is a hotel with limited reception hours, so you have to arrive within a very specific window of time (5-7pm) and there isn't someone generally there for questions. (I found the staff to be wonderful; it's just that the hotel doesn't pay them to be there but a few hours.)"

"The accommodation was comfortable and clean with access as advised by the host. Being a Sunday there was no staff but instructions given were clear although no help with a WiFi connection."

"The hotel is quite close (walking distance) to a big Mall and to the Zenith Metropole, which makes it the perfect choice for concerts. The breakfast was simply the best I've experienced for this hotel category. Finally, ground floor rooms were comfortable and extremely quiet (great soundproofing I guess)."
