The lift was new and worked perfectly, and the staff were always kind and friendly. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. "We had a slight issue with the room on them first night which was immediately attended to by the manager Guillaume. He upgraded our room and was so attentive making sure each day that we were happy. The room was large with a terrace which was great for having a glass of wine and watching the world go by on the street below."
