"Locația și personalul. Am luat cameră deluxe și era spațioasă. Curățenie se făcea zilnic. La sosire ne-au întâmpinat cu o vedere personalizată și 2 macarons. Micul dejun era diversificat iar produsele erau de calitate."

"Vasul de wc era într-o cameră separată de baie, iar acest fapt nu era menționat în descrierea camerei. De asemenea, a fost foarte frig iar termostatul nu funcționa. La geamuri nu erau perdele, ci doar draperii. Deci, ori stăteai pe întuneric, cu draperiile trase, ori era lumină dar te vedeau vecinii."

"Great location, really lovely rooms which were next to each other. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We ordered the birthday champagne, chocolates and balloons which were fabulous and made my daughter’s birthday!"

"Super location, right in the centre, but the street itself is very quiet. The room was clean. Small of course, but it’s Paris. Breakfasts are the same every morning but always balanced, tasty. Breakfast room was the size of a large room, if the hotel is full it probably won't always be convenient to do that"

"It would be nice to give a small sample of toothpaste to the bathroom kit, the first night I forgot to take it from home. And maybe a little more veggies at breakfasts would be great"

"We were returning to the hotel for the second year in a row. Great location, friendly staff, they accommodated an early checkin and later checkout at 1pm, plus we got upgraded to the suite."

"The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Very good location, close to many buses and metro station and also at saint lazare station. The staff especially women were friendly."

"The lift was slow. The sheets were a little bit dirty. The toilet is close to the bed in separate space of course but is not comfortable."
