"Tot parterul unei case, cu 2 dormitoare mari si un living cu 2 canapele, bucatarie echipata complet, baie curata cu tot ce este nevoie plus terasa cu masa, usi exterioare, absolut tot ce iti trebuie! Locatia excelenta - la 5 min de mers pe jos pana in centrul vechi, benzinarie la 3-4 case distanta, parcare in curte cu telecomanda. Proprietarul extrem de amabil si iti da toate detaliile - magazine, ore de program, orice! Totul excelent! Merita toti banii!!!"

"The property is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Colmar in a quiet street location. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen a living room and bathroom. Communication with the host was fantastic and clear instructions on how to get into the property were provided"

"Not much. Apart from being an older property, which is OK, it was great to be in a place where we could stretch out and relax but still be close to the city"

"The apartment is nicely located - a short walk to the center. It is huge, very nice, and clean. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of light. The place is next to a school but it is quiet at night. It has a secure parking. The owner is very helpful."

"Big spacious 2 bedroom apartment on a large block of land that's walking distance to the old town. Good supermarket and bakeries only a few minutes walk. Well equipped kitchen and has good wifi. The owner lives on the premises and was most welcoming, even provided a complimentary bottle of local wine on our arrival. Carpark provided on site. Great place to base yourself to explore the Alsace region by car."

"Muy céntrico y bien situado a 10 minutos andando se llega al centro y la Petit Venice. A la vez es un lugar tranquilo sin ajetreo. La casa está bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Habitaciones espaciosas !!! Aconsejable 100%"

"Por poner un pero, las habitaciones están anexas y para ir al baño hay que cruzar una de ellas. También se agradece una cafetera de cápsulas o convencional, no de filtro 😅"

"Hat appartement is heel ruim en schoon. De inrichting is niet erg modern of hip, maar alles is er. Twee grote slaapkamers met grote tweepersoonsbedden en ruime kasten, grote keuken met alles erop en eraan, en in de badkamer kun je makkelijk al je eigen spullen kwijt in kastjes en op planken. Privé parkeerplaats achter een hek voor de auto, die je in Colmar niet nodig hebt. Je loopt in 15 minuten naar het centrum. Musee Unterlinden is 25-30 minuten lopen. Diverse supermarkten in de buurt."

"In de beschrijving staat dat er een tuin, balkon en terras is. Dat klopt niet helemaal. Er is een tuin maar die is vooral aan de voorkant waar je als gast eigenlijk niet komt. Ook is er geen tuinmeubilair, dus in de tuin zitten is er niet bij tenzij je een stoel van binnen naar buiten sleept. Balkon en terras zijn er niet, wel een serre achter de woonkamer en keuken met een grote tafel voor zes personen en waar alle ramen en deuren van open kunnen. Je zit dan dus toch een beetje buiten. Alleen staat daar de zon ‘s middags vol op en is de zonwering onvoldoende. Toen wij er waren was het er bloedheet. Ben je er maar een paar nachten en hele dagen op pad dan is dat geen probleem. Maar wij zijn ‘s middags altijd ‘thuis’ en hadden daarom mede geselecteerd op tuin en terras, dus dat was een kleine tegenvaller."
