"Chambres d'Hotes can be a bit hit or miss, but this is a lovely property in the middle of Vendome. Very welcoming host, who showed us around and made sure we had all of the information needed. Only a 2 minute walk to a lovely Restaurant in the centre of the town, which is of classic French style."

"Beautifully restored building full of character and all the modern facilities you can think of. We stayed in the loft which is incredibly beautiful and very very spacious. The hosts arranged dinner for us as we got in late and left fresh bread in the morning at our door for breakfast. Overall they were very attentive and communicative. The kitchen was fully equipped, the shower worked well, the big garden is lovely and quiet, the house, with parking in the garden, is about 200 m from the market place where there are restaurants and supermarket, the friendly host lives on site and had provided cidre, starter coffee, tea condiments and a magnificent cat to welcome us."
