"C’est un superbe appartement décoré avec goût. Il ne manquait rien et il est trés trés bien placé. Son propriétaire a été à l’écoute et nous nous sommes vite sentis comme à la maison."

"A spacious apartment in a beautiful historic building, perfect for a big group of friends or family. The location is great, close to everything you might need - caffees, restaurants, the Promenade, the Old town, the train station. The apartment itself has two living rooms, big dining table and fully equipped kitchens (2).There were enough bathrooms and toilets for our group of 10. The only thing to note is that the ceiling hight in some of the bedrooms is around 180cm - all well described in the apartment info, so make sure to read it. The host, Bernard, is super responsive. In short, we had a great stay in CondoNice."

"Location is probably the best in Nice. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space. Numerous bathrooms is a plus for larger groups. Bernard is such a great host too."

"Raportul pret-calitate e foarte bun, camera e curata, mare, iar chicineta este foarte bine utilata, ai tot ce iti trebuie (plita, chiuveta, cuptor microunde, masina de spalat vase, vesela, oale etc). Este foarte aproape de statia RER Les Gresillons care te duce direct in centrul Parisului, aprox 20-25 min. In apropiere e si un Carrefour si o farmacie. Personalul a fost dragut, am putut plati cand am ajuns toata suma, am avut anulare gratuita pana in ziua in care am ajuns."
