"Het was schoon, met veel faciliteiten. Het verblijf is compact, maar wel erg knus en zag er leuk uit."
"Waterdruk van het toilet was laag, waardoor het spoelen soms wat moeizaam ging - dus moest je 2 of 3 x spoelen. Bed was iets te hard, maar wij hebben thuis ook een ander soort matras."
"Fijn dat je kunt parkeren voor de deur! Keukentje is prima uitgerust. Bedden zijn uitstekend. Fijne douche. We hadden zelf nog een ventilator meegenomen die wat stiller is dan de ventilator die in de kast staat. Je kunt zo lopen naar het centrum van Epernay. De inrichting is volledig IKEA en past prima in deze beperkte ruimte."
"Sommige zaken behoeven onderhoud: het rolgordijn voor het raam in de keuken, de douche deuren die aan de onderkant loshangen, het voordeurslot wat soms moeilijk werkt omdat de deur krom is. Maar dit is niet storend en hoort erbij, zeker bij de prima prijs."

"We had a fantastic stay at Chalet du Lac, and a big part of that was thanks to Michel. From the moment we arrived, Michel was warm, funny and incredibly welcoming. He has a great sense of humour and made us feel completely at ease straight away. He was also very helpful throughout our stay and always approachable. We really appreciated his patience and kindness when communicating, as our French is limited. Michel speaks very good English, and we ended up helping each other along, which led to some great laughs and made the experience even more memorable. The location is excellent, especially being only about 10 minutes from Disneyland by car, which made our trip very easy and stress free. Overall, Michel is exactly the kind of host you would hope for. Friendly, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great stay. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay again. Vaughn and family"
