"L appartement est très bien situé. Je le recommande pour son emplacement. L appartement est situé dans une belle résidence. La propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et a tout mis en œuvre pour nous donner les clefs à notre arrivée plus tôt que l horaire initial. "Everything. This small but perfect gite is located in the old quarter of Tours just a short distance from the Place Plumereau. A superb location. Secure and located in a small enclosed alley, this super comfortable and freshly refurbished gite boasts every comfort you could possibly need. Last trip I stayed at The Colimaçon, next door, so already knew the quality of the accommodation. In short this gite is my go to for many reasons. Love it"

"The host Theophile will help you feel comfortable. The house is amazing and the private pool is so nice! We were there during the heatwave so we enjoyed staying in the water to cool off. The property has a big open field which gives an amazing view of birds of prey, you'll see Eagles and Hawks all the time. We saw deer and squirrels in the backyard. It felt like home. If you want to go to a big supermarket go to Villaneuve sur Lot, its a 23 min drive. But we didn't mind. There are smaller supermarkets at 16 min away but they dont have much and are crazy expensive. Oh and dont forget to give some bellyrubs to Perle the sweet brown labrador who lives at the property. ❤️"
