"I definitely recommend it, the rating is more like between 8 and 9. Excellent wi-fi connection, possibility of heating even in summer, terrace, plenty of hangers, covered parking for car or bicycles. A small living room with a sofa is missing on the photos."
"Very steep stairs to the bedroom, you can't even carry your luggage up them. There were no toiletries and not enough toilet paper that should have been included in the amenities. But instead there were sheets and towels. The wrongly indicated telephone contact for the host made communication a bit complicated. A little bad TV wouldn't matter so much on vacation, if the European Athletics Championships weren't happening. :-) These are all small things, we really liked our week stay here."

"Excellent location just set away from the main road. Opportunity to have a parking space is also a real bonus. With two bathrooms it is also ideal for a family with older children. The stairs are not that easy to navigate but take your time and they’re fine."

"Located in the quiet village of Marigny near Lac de Chalain, the apartment was comfortably furnished with a nice balcony that overlooked the pool. We slept really well as it was so quiet and dark at night. One day we walked round the lake from the house and another day we went to the beautiful Herisson waterfalls which are only 20 minutes away. The swimming pool was pleasant and warm. The kitchen was well equipped with kettle, toaster and coffee machine, though a few more mugs would have been nice. 2 beautiful cats also made friends with us. It was great to be able to get a takeaway pizza from the on-site pizzeria."

"I had a wonderful stay at Jungbrunnen Orges. Erich and his wife are incredibly welcoming hosts, Erich even cooked me a fantastic steak dinner, which was one of the highlights of my trip. The property itself is incredible and full of history, beautifully restored by Erich over many years with real passion and attention to detail. It’s an ideal stop for motorcyclists like myself, with ample secure parking, and the bonus that both Erich and his wife are bikers too. The atmosphere is warm, authentic and relaxed, making it feel more like visiting friends than staying at a guesthouse."
