"Impeccably maintained apartment, directly managed by the owner, sparkling clean. Everything in the apartment works perfectly and the kitchen is fully equipped. The owner personally provided detailed instructions about the apartment, the neighborhood, sightseeing tips, restaurants, and logistics for getting around the city and to the airport. The apartment is ideally located for exploring the city on foot— the Louvre and Notre-Dame are within walking distance, and the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower are about an hour’s walk. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a very comfortable base for discovering the city, and we’d be happy to return."

"We loved this apartment and its convenient location. Excellent for preparing meals, with a well-stocked kitchen. The owners have hosting down to a fine art, with excellent communication and information provided about the apartment, transport, local attractions and nearby restaurants. Would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommended."

"The apartment has a nice atmosphere, had everything what we needed and a very short walk to lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Opening the windows is recommended only late night and early morning!"

"Excellent apartments. In the very center of Paris. The location is one of the best. If you like walking, then you can walk to the main attractions. The apartment is on the top floor. There is an elevator. There is everything in the apartment. Even cosmetics, if you forgot to take something with you. You can easily cook breakfast in the apartment. Or go downstairs, where there are many cafes and restaurants. The owner is very friendly. He is always in touch by phone, and he is ready to give advice and help. Parking is nearby, in a shopping center, 4-5 minutes walk. The cost is 40 euros per day. A little expensive, but in Paris there is a problem with parking, so it is already good that there is a place to leave the car."

"location was amazing , right in the middle of Paris in beautiful old building and near one of the major transport hubs . Loads of fabulous cafes and bars surrounding the apartment along with some lovely shops . Apartment was just fabulous and had everything we needed for a weeks stay . Hosts were just lovely and so welcoming . Would definetly recommend ."

"Beds were comfy but felt we needed a few more pillows . Also the apartment got really warm and despite having the fans on , there wasn't much relief ,but is was 30 degrees outside ."

"L'alloggio è davvero pensato in ogni minimo particolare ed è molto di gusto. Ci sono delle luci molto chic e intelligenti in ogni stanza. L'alloggio può sembrare piccolo ma vi assicuro che per gli standard di Parigi è enorme e soprattutto ha il plus dell'ascensore, anche questo molto raro in centro. Ottima la pulizia, si vede proprio che il proprietario svolge questo compito con serietà e professionalità. Nell 'alloggio c'è veramente di tutto e anche l'accortezza di mettere delle tendine alle finestre che danno sulle scale è un'attenzione rara. Complimenti!!"

"Aggiungerei delle tendine alle finestre in modo da poter avere luce senza essere visti da quelli davanti mentre adesso ci sono solo le tende oscuranti. Quelle della camera da letto le farei arrivare fino al pavimento come quelle del soggiorno, anche se c'è il riscaldamento, per avere un po' più buio. Peccato il check-in alle 10:00 ma la gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha tenuto tantissimi bagagli e li ha portati sotto alle 13: ha compensato tutto!"

"Очень уютная квартира, есть все необходимое. Расположение-супер. Основные достопримечательности в 15-20 минутах ходьбы. В двух шагах-метро. Рядом огромное количество ресторанов, где можно поужинать. Но можно устроить уютный ужин дома с видом на парижские крыши или пикник на берегу Сены-недалеко несколько супермаркетом. С хозяином квартиры Марком встретиться лично не удалось, но он прислал подробные инструкции по заселению, был очень дружелюбным и неравнодушным."

"In a pretty young-ish part of town. Lots of medium-priced restaurants and a fun vibe, but sometimes noisy into the later evening. Elevator is REALLY small, but does the job."

"Tudo impecável. O apartamento corresponde ao anunciado. Prédio muito sossegado. Muito boa localização, como já se sabia. Ter uma estação de metro e comboios por perto dá muito jeito, sem dúvida. Embora a rua é pedonal, mas os taxis conseguem parar bastante perto, não é um problema. Muitos sítios para comer por perto, também um minimercado aos poucos passos. Foi confortável. Aquecimento era rápido e suficiente. Éramos três pessoas, tomávamos banho de seguida e havia agua quente suficiente para todos. Acho que está mantido com gosto e preocupação."
