"These comments relate to how easy it was to get keys and into property:- Hosts failed to respond to emails. No one at property to meet us. Calls to Booking.com not answered. Just before searching for a hotel managed to finally got hold of property owner who said we had to travel to them to collect keys (no mention of this on any paperwork from booking.com). We liked the property, we liked the location, we liked the equipment But....! Booking.com need to get their act together on key collection procedure. Also your Customer Service was non existant in "our hour of need" when we needed you most"

"O apartamento é muito bom! É espaçoso e aconchegante. Tem uma sala de estar grande, todos os utensílios que você precisa para cozinhar em casa. Banheiro com banheira, duas pias. É muito próximo da estação de metrô e comércio local (mercado, padaria, pequenos restaurantes). Fica numa região com muitos prédios, onde me senti bem segura."

"The location is just amazing. It is the very center of 1st Arr and in the walking distance to a lot of sights, shops, restaurants and several metro stations. Also, it is located in a very busy street so we felt extremely safe during our stay."

It was impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, and full of charming details that showed the care and thoughtfulness of the owners – even though we didn’t get the chance to meet them in person. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Blanquette de Limoux, which was such a lovely surprise, and I absolutely loved the décor. We stayed for three nights in early July while exploring the area, and it was the perfect base. We will definitely be coming back!"
