"The size from the Apartment is perfekt for a Family of Four . We had a great stay . Benoît was a very sympatic and helpfull Host . You have to Walk 5 minutes to the beautiful Beach and a perfekt playground for the Kids . The whole area is Fantastic ."

"It was clean and functional. All of the decor and amenities gave it charm and character. The shower was hot and strong. The sofas were comfy. The garden furniture was comfortable with a canopy over the top. Perfect for a short stay. Ben was just fantastic! What a lovely man and brought fresh eggs, a bottle of wine and was helpful and chatty. Great guy!"

"If we were being extremely picky then the shower curtains don’t do it for us and prefer screens. Also if we were to stay a much linger time then the road noise might become annoying but for what we wanted it was just perfect. Thank you Ben!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ben's home. He is such a fabulous host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Duingt was the perfect location for us to access all facilities of our interest within walking distance or a short drive. And most of all our dogs absolutely loved hanging out in his well mentained garden. Many thanks for a great holiday!!"

"- Benoit is a great host - very informative and helpful - The appartment (at ground level) is very nice and ideal for a family of 4 - Duingt is a small city with most things close by. The beach is 300 meters away, restaurants and a great backery (la grande boulangerie) a short drive in car or cycle - Annecy is not so far away but the traffic is very busy and slow moving most of the time"

"السيد بن شخص محترم ومتعاون ويلبي كل احتياجاتك بكل سعادة الشقه نظيفه وفيها حديقه جيده عباره عن غرفتين وصالة ومطبخ ودورة مياة واحدة .. مريحة الشقه .. تبعد عن انسي عشرين دقيقه بالسياره كان خيار موفق لنا وبلا شك سأعود لها مره ثانيه"

"Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend, alles da was man braucht und noch mehr. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Im Außenbereich/Garten gab es schöne Sitzgelegenheiten bzw. 2 Liegen und Sonnensegel sowie abendlicher Beleuchtung. Blick auf die Berge, der See mit Badestelle (mit Gras und Bäumen) ist ca. 300 m entfernt. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Das Wasser ist sehr flach abfallend mit Kieselsteinen. Bäcker ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in St. Jorioz (Super U) oder etwas weiter Aldi oder Lidl. Es gab in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Möglichkeiten Fahrräder zu leihen. Der Vermieter wohnt über der Ferienwohnung und ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar (auch mobil) und spricht gutes englisch."

"Die Matratze war uns persönlich zu weich (französisches Bett). Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten sind dagegen härter. Dies ist aber nur ein persönliches Empfinden. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße (Seestraße), daher hört man natürlich die Verkehrsgeräusche, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Daher gibt es eigentlich nichts negatives zu berichten."
