"We really enjoyed our stay in 1013 and found the apartment clean tidy and good for what we needed."
"There were a couple of things broken, hair dryer, lamp over sink etc. which they fixed when we messaged about it. Like others have written though, it would have been a struggle & quite tight if there were 4 of us, there was only a 2 seater sofa to relax on. The other seating was a hard bench or 2 hard dining chairs. Two things to note in the photos it shows a Tassimo coffee machine, that has been replaced with a Nespresso and the microwave does not have oven capability, microwave & grill with a function called CrispyCrust, which is designed for pizzas etc. Despite not being able to find precise instructions on line we managed to cook samosas, pizzas etc adequately in it."

"The Avoriaz didn't dissapointed us. It was a lot of snow and a lot of off-piste. Great location. Considering all Avoriaz flats are small, this one was also small, but convinient enough to fit a family of 4."

"Zeer net en compleet ingericht appartement. Bed ligt prima, bedbank wat minder. Heerlijke douche! Ligging is prima, dichtbij centrum en je skiet zo naar de liften en weer terug. Als je er met 4 wilt verblijven moet je wel goed met elkaar op kunnen schieten, heel groot is het, zoals meestal gebruikelijk in Franse ski-oords, niet."
"Minpunt is dat er geen fatsoenlijke skilockers zijn, dus spullen mee op de kamer en schoenen drogen op de verwarming. Tip: check bij aankomst op het centrale plein even waar de sleutels zijn. Wij moesten terug om ze daar op te gaan halen. Er is geen receptie bij het gebouw. Zeer vriendelijk contact met de eigenaresse, en een vraag om extra lakenset was zo geregeld."
"Locatie is geweldig, skien in het hele autovrije dorp tot aan de voordeur geeft een bijzondere sfeer. Door de hoogte hebben we een week lang mooi weer gehad, terwijl in het dal steeds bewolking hing."

"We collected the keys from a bar nearby and were delivered to us quickly. We entered the building and easily reached the flat on an upper floor. The flat is spacious and with two rooms and two beds. There's all we needed to spend a night in a convenient location in the city center of Paris."

Everything you needed within the apartment, 2 min walk down to the harbour, restaurants etc. The view from the balcony was great to have a late night cap on while still been able to see the the harbour. "Cozy apartment right in the middle of Route du Soleil, directly across from the ramp down to the ski lifts. Roomy heated ski lockers in the basement with direct access. Excellent location for ski in and out, close to shops and nice restaurants. Staff was very friendly, easy check in and out, clear communications. The view from the balcony over the resort and ski slopes in the direction of Cime Caron is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back."
