"- Wonderful staff, so friendly. Such a warm welcome when I came into the property :). Cleaning staff did an amazing job on my room. Spa is wonderful, loved how you could just in whenever. Great bed, slept like a God. Nothing was a problem: anything I needed they had - bottle opener, wine glass, etc! Location is fantastic, right in the city center and quiet."

"I found it not ideal that the best option for a family is to book just one bigger room with bigger beds (as opposed to a family suite with a partial separation). But of course I knew this before booking, so no disappointment whatsoever."

"The staff at the reception was very welcoming and nice. The sauna, small pool and well equipped sports room was also a bonus. The big double bed was very comfortable. Location is absolutely perfect and there is a good parking just across the street, can easily fit an SUV car."

"For a 4 star hotel a little bit too many issues - the sofa bed must be changed, it is absolutely terrible to use it for sleeping. The bathroom door lock was broken. The shower door did not hold the water in - the small room was flooding. Heating had a rattling noise. Canalisation and water sounds can be heard from neighbours. The parking across the street for 20 euros per day sounded like an offer from a hotel - you’d think it would be a better rate. But actually the public rate is almost half cheaper… Not sure why would a hotel try to earn money like that. And the last thing - the security deposit. Very strange for a chain hotel to deduct a security deposit for over 100 euros (for 4 people). The receptionist said it will be returned immediately after the check out and now, a day later, the money is still deducted from my account. Not blocked, but deducted. We did not have an experience of having to pay a security deposit in other hotels across the France during our roadtrip."
