Featuring a secluded beach and a reef with abundant marine life, this exclusive private resort offers a choice of prestigiuury villas with a large patio and a private plunge pool. Located on the edge of the Rainbow Reef, The Remote Resort is set opposite Taveuni Island. It is accessible from either a 20-minute boat ride from Taveuni or a 1-hour drive and 20-minute boat ride from Savusavu. Fiji Islands' Remote Resort offers snorkelling and kayaking options. Centru De Tratamente treatments are also available. Stylishly designed to blend in with the natural tropical surroundings, each villa boasts handcrafted wood furniture, an iPod docking station and a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton towels. Each has a centru de wellnesscious outdoor deck with a day bed. Private in-villa dining or dining at the Main Pavilion & Lounge is available.

"The staff were all great but Vilisi was especially wonderful. The location was perfect. Really good snorkeling. The house reef is good but the boat excursions were amazing. We realized a bit late in the week that we could request special meals from the kitchen team. - kokondo every day !!"

"Nothing really. But the resort does need a shower facility that guests can use after checkout on their final day."

"The room facilities were fantastic and the AC provided a great relief from the hot humid Fijian air temperatures. We opted to go for the full board meal service which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was always a large spread of food available and it was always very tasty. There was lots of local Fijian cuisine which was a real treat to try. The facilities on the island are limited but it has everything you'd need for a getaway stay on a small island in Fiji. There were lots of activities during the day which we all made use of. The snorkelling at a local reef was a particular highlight. Every other night, the staff on the island perform a traditional Fijian show which was great fun to watch. A couple of my friends used the spa facilities on the island and they were very impressed with their treatments. All of the staff who work on the island are so friendly and approachable and take the time to get to know you during your stay. Thank you!"
