"The surroundings were really nice, vibrant, full of life and it gives the feeling they really take care of the ecosystem there. We got really abundant breakfasts (most of the fruits/jams from the garden there), the attention from the owner was exceptional."

If we get picky, a few cooking pots could get updated. Otherwise, everything 10/10

"My wife and I had a relaxing three days at Farmer’s Pond. The family were very friendly and welcoming. the village is very beautiful and we enjoyed just walking around the countryside and village. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need. We ate a number of meals there and enjoyed them all the homemade jams are particularly delicious."

"The host was very friendly and made tons of arrangements for us. He picked us up from the train station, drove us to the grand canyon, and also drove us to the caves. He made a delicious Chinese breakfast that was included and we also paid extra to eat dinner there as well. The hotel is nice and quiet and pretty close to the Grand Canyon - though you will probably still need to drive there."

The room was a little cold in the winter.

Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The landlady was exceptionally kind and responsive—always available to assist us with any request, no matter the time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place"

"what an amazing stay!! first things first: all the money we paid for the accomodation goes directly in a social organisation. this on e has a huge impact in the area, amazing!! further our time at humbi was just perfect. Alexia and her team are absolutely amazing! it is the perfect place to relax. The food was also absolutely delicious, all fresh from their garden. Can‘t wait to go back! ❤️"

"Na místě je možné objednat snídani. Byli jsme jediní hosté, přesto nám bylo vyhověno. Snídaně servírovaná - sázená vejce, párečky, debrecínka, šunka, sýr, máslo, džem, med, jogurt, paštika, káva, mléko, čaj, džus, pečivo. Snad jsem na něco nezapomněl. Cena příznivá. Vše v dostatečném množství, obsluha se dotazovala, zda je všechno v pořádku a zda si ještě něco nepřejeme. Ocenili jsme varný set na kávu a čaj na pokoji. Vjezdová brána na dálkové ovládání. Vzhledem k období, počasí a krátké době pobytu jsme nemohli využít potenciál, který hotel zcela jistě nabízí v příznivějším období, např. jízdy kočárem, pro rodiny s dětmi hřiště, venkovní posilovna. Na někoho může terapeuticky působit i pouhá přítomnost koní. Dávám hodnocení 8. Hodnocení je vždy subjektivní a v letním období se může vyšplhat daleko výše."

Nedá říci nelíbilo - chápu, že pokud nejsou hosté, je nerentabilní mít kvůli 2 lidem v provozu restauraci. Jezdíme na výlety docela často, takže víceméně jsme s tím počítali, resp. bylo nám jasné, že bude záležet na obsazení objektu.

I am used to go barefoot in the house! The only thing that was pretty uncomfortable for me, was the cold floors! They were so cold that you couldn’t not walk for more than few minutes. Some carpets would have solved this issue

"The hosts were very friendly and sincere in their service to their guests. The breakfast and dinner were good. We tried their apple cider tasting board and I really enjoyed it. We had bonfire after dinner and the children enjoyed gathering dried grasses to add to the fire. The owner even brought us to their mushroom farm and showed the operation of the farm, which we were very impressed. Hope to visit Cider Barn &more again, maybe in another season."

It was quite a challenge driving in the dark to the accommodation. It’s better to reach there before sunset.

"Micul de jun a fost foarte bun, am primit chiar si un bonus, interpretarea a 2 melodii la pian, fiind cireasa de pe tort. Ne-a placut foarte mult locatia. Am avut norocul de a fi si singurii cazati in acea noapte si ne-am simtit ca si cum ar fi castelul nostru. Personalul a fost foarte dragut si serviabil. Seara ne-am petrecut-o in balconul castelului la un pahar de vin, intr o liniste absolut uimitoare, cu o priveliste si un apus fantastic. Cu siguranta vom mai reveni la urmatoarea vizita in Republica Moldova."

"This was the most valuable, rememberable stay we had in Ecuador. We loved it! The location, and the drive towards it, is breath taking. The cabin is fantastic, build like in the old days, but with todays modern facilities. It is realy spacious, sleeps 6 if you like. The Italian volunteers were on premise, and they were oh so kind. They explained about their good work and about the Esperanza community. We met with some of the people, who were all very kind and lovable. We have lots of respect for the lady that runs the kitchen and the bank office (I don't remember if it was Francesca, Florence...?). She's a power woman! We got to see the milk factory inside, visited the community building, met de manager there, and visited the school. The kids in the highest class (11-12 years) grabbed their instruments and played us some songs. If people ask about how our vacation was, this is what we tell them about."

We already loved it, but with some small adjustments it can be even better. We were here in November, quite cold at night. The wooden stove doesn't last through the night. Also, we're not a big fan of the smell of it. It would be nice if there's something to keep the place warm in the morning, when you wake up.

Una de las desventajas es que al estar fuera del pueblo y cerca de la carretera se escucha el ruido de los vehículos pero no es tan grave.
