Centro Atocha 01

"Apartamentul este situat intr-o cladire noua, sigura. Era foarte curat, dotat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru 4 persoane (2 adulti+2 copii). Este un apartament open space. Locatia este excelenta, la cateva minute pe jos de gara Atocha, de Reina Sofia, la 15-20 min de Prado si 30 min de centrul Madridului. Un Lidl se afla la 2 minute. Raport excelent calitate-pret."

"Ar trebui schimbata usa de sticla de la baie, care era sparta in jurul manerului si ne-a fost teama sa o inchidem. Venea un miros de umezeala de la baie, dar daca am fi putut inchide usa nu ar mai fi fost o poblema."

"Stingy on bathroom supplies, one little sachet of body wash. How much does a few packets cost!! Street numbering is a bit confusing. 44, 42, 38, then 8! You need to keep walking further down the street for the numbers to come back up to 32! Soap dish is still broken in bathroom!"

"In general the place was quite pleasant. It was very spacious with plenty of storage and kitchen facilities and a very secure apartment block. I was very concerned about recent reviews especially in relation to the broken glass door. Once I arrived it was explained and made sense why it has not been fixed sooner. It is not just a simple replacement but hopefully is fixed soon. As it was only two of us the concern was not so bad but I can understand for a bigger group of people the privacy factor is an issue. With these few maintenance issues hopefully resolved soon I'm sure this property will get better ratings again."

"Obviously the glass door issue. Also, there was a bit of a smell from the shower which we alleviated with some of the many cleaning products on site. And yes the front door missing handle is a bit annoying as well."

"Loads of space, modern building, 24hr security, Great air con, very quiet, easy walk from Atocha."

"No door to shower or toilet so no privacy. Some doors to utilities (dishwasher) have come off. Quite an uphill walk to Plaza Mayor."
