Il personale ad ogni livello, dalla receptio, ed ogni servizio ,sempre pronto e disponibile. "الحقيقة بأن هذا الفندق استثنائي الشاطئ في غاية الجمال سبحان الله ، الاكل لذيذ ويقدم كل جمعة اكل شرقي فاخر ، فريق العمل مستر عاشور السيد مستر احمد امريكا مستر احمد ممدوح من المبيعات ومينا جمال وكل العاملين بالمطاعم ، البارات، الشاطئ او المسبح جداً متعاونين جعلوا إقامتنا مريحة وكاننا بين افراد عائلتنا، ممتنة لهم على هذه الحفاوة ورقي الضيافة من الشعب المصري الكريم ، انصح بشدة بهذه المنتجع للعوائل بالأطفال يوجد كل ماتحتاجة نظافة الغرف والاكل اللذيذ والمتنوع والسناك ومنطقة الاطفال وعيادة ، المنتجع يشكل السائح من الجنسية الإيطالية نسبة 90٪ من ضيوفه وايضاً فريق الانيميشن اغلبه إيطالي ، تواجد السعوديين والعرب محدود ، بالنسبه لنا كان رائع ومناسب ."
