"Everything was clean and new. Sauna was inside the house. The lake is not far, approx. 300m near. Overall, everything was good. There are two bedrooms each with three sleeping places, the house was spacious enough for 5 persons."

"A very nice place with a beautiful river and stunning nature. It's perfect for relaxing and slowing down. You can fish, go boating, or simply watch the water. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking and relaxation. There’s also a small supply of food and plenty of dishes available. Overall, great value for money."

"The location is amazing, right in the centre, in the old town part of Tartu. It's a short walk everywhere. The apartment is large, with a separate bedroom and a large living area, the shower is big, the internet is fast. If you're staying longer or it's more than just you, you will not feel crowded. "We had a wonderful stay! Tia, the owner, made a very positive impression from the very beginning she greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and kindly explained everything about the apartment. The apartment itself is very cozy and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. It had everything we needed for cooking, including spices and utensils, and the owners thoughtfully left us drinking water. Everything inside and outside is new, well-maintained, and beautifully renovated. The sea is just a few minutes’ walk away, and if you have a car, you can easily visit the nearby waterfall and parks. In my opinion, it’s an ideal place to relax with friends or a loved one. Thank you so much! We truly hope to come back again!"
