"Made a reservation using booking.com, when I got to the hotel, the boy at the front desk was rude pretended like I didn't have a reservation, even though he was looking right at it on his computer screen. MIND you this is 9 at night, 10° weather and this guy had no empathy what so ever. I had to write booking.com, the hotel never responded to the messages. RUDE, LIARD AND RACIST PEOPLE WORK THERE. He refused to check me in and claimed I had no reservation and also that they had no system on booking.com among other things."

"No había personal 24/7 como nos habían mencionado en persona en recepción y mi esposo encargó sus geles para su insulina congelando y nos habían mencionado que cuando los ocupemos podíamos solicitarlos en recepción, pero no había nadie en recepción e incluso desactivaron el número de Whatsapp durante la madrugada. Para entregar el cuarto a las 6 de la mañana tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que alguien bajara a recepción a recibirnos."

"The hotel didn't have running water. After paying and getting to my room, I discovered I had been tricked. When I asked the concierge, he said they had been without water for 2 hours before my arrival. I asked for a bucket of water and cut a plastic bottle in half to wash myself since the shower was impossible. I asked for a discount they spare me two dollars. Imagínate paying almost full price for a room without water."
