"Secluded, and in the rainforest with beautiful views"

"Nature trails not open. Not easy to get around very hilly. Not well lit or rails going up to the Villa. Very slippery and dangerous at night. Horrible mattresses for a high class expensive resort !! private pool needed rails and so did tub"

"This resort was Amazing. Beautiful villas with a modern design blend in to the hillsides. The views were stunning with secluded beach access. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and genuinely kind."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had fresh coconut water delivered to our room every day. It was a thoughtful touch. Dinners were delicious and thoughtfully planned using local produce. The creek next to the b&b was cool and refreshing."

"If I were the Michelin commissioner, I would award Happy Villa with three stars: Worth for an independent tour. This place has everything, plus your host will make you feel at home. Our stay was simply too short to enjoy all the options this accommodation offers. It is also positioned well for island exploration. Oh, and not mentioning superb breakfast starting with a healthy shot. You will be in good hands and with a full stack of options for every day of exploration of charming Dominica."

"The appartment is lovely, enough space and the porch area was amazing. It was great watching the sunset from the hamocks and sleeping in the comfortable beds with the sound of the ocean waves. Everything you needed was provided. Downstairs there is a good restaurant serving local food. The area is good and Suzan is a lovely person, giving us all information we needed."

"It was amazing! Probably our favorite guest house we have ever been to. Location is impeccable, you wake up seeing the sea, feeling the breeze through the open window. Perfect relaxation!! Bed is wonderful, not as hard as often in the region. Everything you need is in the spacious room (water kettle, microwave, etc). Next door is a supermarket and a breakfast spot. On the ground floor there is a great restaurant (taste the fried shrimp!). Last but not least: Christine is a wonderful host, with great recommendations in the region and beyond. We can highly recommend!"
