"Très bon séjour proche de Roseau. L'endroit est un peu difficile d'accès (hauteurs de Roseau) mais on a profité d'une très jolie vue pour les sunset à l'étage. L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillant et arrangeant, s'est démené pour nous rétablir la connexion internet. Nous recommandons cet hébergement simple pour dormir à bas prix"

"Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat viele gute Tipps gegeben (auf Französisch und Englisch). Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, geräumig. Die Lage war ruhig mit Meerblick und für Erkundigungen auf Dominica ideal."

"The owner, who lives on the upper floor, took excellent care of our needs. The lower-level property (house really) where we stayed was independent, spacious, clean, appropriately furnished and had nice views. Roseau downtown is a long walk or short walk+bus ride away. The pleasant owner put us in touch with a local driver, a knowledgeable man, who took us in his van taxi one day to Titou Gorge and other nature sites nearby. By far, the best place we stayed at in Dominica."

"L’emplacement idéal, très belle vue sur roseau et montagne avoisinante. le logement propre avec l’équipement nécessaire pour cuisiné. Myriam une vrai perle, a su nous mettre alaise, proposant service de blanchisserie, et réactive a la moindre sollicitation . Les tortues de compagnie adoré par les enfants."

"Hôtes charmants et discrets. La maison est toute équipée pour partager des repas conviviaux, la vue sur la montagne est splendide. A pied, ou par les transport, accès à Roseau est très rapide. Je recommande vivement"

"We had a great stay at Veranda View. Hermine is great to talk to! The location is wonderful, we didn't swim, however it was an easy walk to the store for basics and restaurants and bars (we loved Unique Seaview Restaurant). There was a rooster crowing from 2 am on but who knows, maybe it'll be in the pot by the time others stay! Calibishie was a great place to stay as a home base, easy drives (minus the numerous potholes and narrow roads) to #1 Beach, Batibou Bay, Baw Nef Falls, Chaudiere Pool, Morne Diablotins hike. Bonus being close to the airport! Also of note, the windows are not glass, just bars and shutters, so you have to use the mosquito netting at night to keep bugs off of you. It cools off enough that it is comfortable at night (we were there in March). Also there is a warm shower hallelujah!"

Stephane the owner was always was on hand to answer any questions and to make recommendations for what to visit during your time here. Marina was there to greet us with a smile at breakfast each morning. The location is perfect for exploring the island, the gardens are beautiful and the rooms extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious, cool and spotlessly clean. Stephane is also busy in the kitchen in the evening to prepare wonderful dinners in the internationally inspired restaurant overlooking the ocean. We highly recommend a stay here at Mango Island Lodge - you won't be disappointed"

"The property is quiet area which is close to many special spots such as Trafalgar falls and hot springs. About 15 minutes drive from the Roseau. The property owner is very friendly and welcoming."

The house is situated really close to Roseau centre 15mn but with the benefit to be far enough in moutain side to have a very good air and view and calm."

"This magical place in the hills is owned and run by Thierry who puts a great deal of care, detail and consideration into his guest's stay. His love of the land, plants and animals is evident. Thierry gave us a tour of the property plus an amazing breakfast which included a whole tasting activity with different jams and chocolate / cheese spreads ! The bed was very comfortable. We loved the jucazzi at night whilst stargazing We enjoyed relaxing in the morning looking out over the view."
