"Very simple to collect the keys. Very clear instructions. The property was large, plenty big enough for 2 adults and 3 teenage children. The location was great. All central attractions in walking distance."

"Nice apartment. Spacious. Good size balcony off living area. Nice view of roof tops. Two bathrooms one with shower and one with shower over bath. Good location- 10- 15 minutes walk to old town and Charles Bridge. Reasonably quite area but good restaurants and bars within mins walk."

"The apartment was very nice, lots of space and in a great Location."
"We booked three nights and had to change apartments after the first night not sure why but when we had to check out at 10am the cleaners were very angry and aggressive with us changing rooms. The new room wasn't clean but they did clean it quickly and the stay was good from there, the other apartment at a great upstairs terrerace to sit out on and lots of space in the apartment. The TV didn't work."
