"Lovely: spacious and clean. Air con kept it very cool which is a must in Cyprus this time of year. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Pool was lovely and clean. Owner was really helpful. Helped with finding a place to crash whilst we waited for transfer to airport. A lovely little hostel with showers and a sweet terrace where we were all able chill, shower and recharge our batteries, metaphorically and literally. Will come again 😊"

"Everything was perfect, excellent location - walking distance (5-7min) to Nissi beach, to shops, easy to drive to Makronissos, Ayia Thekla and Protaras and other places. The villa itself is perfect, our kids loved the swimming pool, which was also cleaned twice during our stay. We loved everything about our stay and will come back again in the future. I recommend this villa to everybody."

"As we cooked meals every day, maybe it would be great to have more platec, pans, cutleries etc…to be able to have enough while the dischwasher is on. But we managed"

"Location- perfect. Very close to the Nissi Beach, 5min walk. Bakery. We love it, next to the beach. Swimming pool very nice. Unfortunately we never used. Prefer the beach."

"Could have some more in the instruction book, on how to work appliances, like the dishwasher and washing machine, had to figure it out using Google translate but managed, also a larger toaster for a large villa could be doing with a 4 slice toaster 🤷🏼‍♀️"

"The whole house is perfect. The location (around 500m from Nissi Beach) is an easy distanse for the kids. If you want to party in city center it’s not the house for you. Big „Thank You” for Irina for supprting us in our requests :)!"

The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed — all utensils, cookware, and even tea, coffee, and spices, which was such a thoughtful touch. The barbecue area is amazing and fully equipped with everything necessary. The fireplace creates a warm and special atmosphere. We completely fell in love with this villa and were truly impressed not only by the house itself but also by its wonderful owners. We will definitely come back again!"

"Excellent property, fully equipped and everything you would need. Just across the road from the beach and 2 mins walk to the restaurants. The Gardens where immaculately maintained, such a picturesque spot to lay and take in the October sunshine (26-29 degress) Joseph/Host was on hand by whatsapp or call and nothing was ever a bother. He called when leaving the airport to check on timings and was there to great us when we arrived, showed us how everything worked and gave advise on the area, shops, supermarkets, etc. and also provided a welcome pack for the fridge including milk, cheese, bread, etc. Pool liner was showing its age slightly but still a great spot to cool down during the day and play with the family. All in all an amazing property, great host, great location and definitely somewhere we would consider going to again, if not this villa, one of Joseph's other maintained properties."
