"The property has a great location, it is surrounded by the banana fields. So there are no neighbors besides the ones from the next door apartments (totally 3 apartments in the building). Located very close to the main road with some restaurants and hotels. The Barakas lounge which features a playground for kids is literally a few steps away from the property, just across the main road. Multiple beaches are also available nearby. I recommended you to rent a car because it is a real challenge to cross the road by foot 😁 (there are no crosswalks nearby) and also because it takes no more than 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest beaches by car. Paphos itself can be reached in around 7-10 minutes by car. There is a daily cleaning service with the towels being changed every day and the linens once in 3 days. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing vacation stay!"

"Receptionist was welcoming and they recognised that i was the guy who came a day late due to an airline flight change. We had a free upgrade to a larger apartment too. The property is owned by Helios Bay Hotels but is a separate three unit development some 200m away from the hotel. The pool was great and we liked being away from the crowds and in a nature rich environment more like a village. The location was ideal for the nearby Ktima Alassos wedding venue we were attending. Maintenance guys were fixing things in adjacent apartment and came by to see if we need anything sorting out."

"I think we were the first visitors for a while as the apartment was a little grubby, but the housekeeping lady came by and sorted it out, providing some tea towels and cloths we requested. Perhaps because we arrived early in the day (but one day late). The smaller unit we booked were like studio flats so I'm glad we were upgraded."

"The studio is spacious and like new. Stepping outside to the pool area feels like you have your own private pool as there are only 3 apartments to use it and most of the time we had the pool all by ourselves. The surrounding is quite and away from city noises. Theres nothing not to love in this place. Will deffo be booking again."

"Amazing all round! Staff, cleanliness, facilities, location! First time visit and we will definitely be going back. Probably the best place in the whole of Pafos! Spacious apartment, clean, air con."

"Ruim appartement met dagelijkse schoonmaakservice door super aardige medewerkster. 2 fijne slaapkamers met comfortabele 2 persoons bedden. Moderne badkamer/douche. Living met 2+3 zits en smart TV. Keuken met toaster, oven, kookplaat en flinke koelkast. Alle ruimtes eigen Airco. Eventueel inclusief huis kat :)."

"Airco van 1 slaapkamer blaast allen recht naar beneden precies waar je normaal met je hoofd ligt. Andere slaapkamer heeft een ander merk airco zonder dit probleem. Aanwezige koekenpan was “aanbak pan” dus even 1 gekocht voor 15 euro dus opgelost."

"Nous étions seules donc super séjour, piscine privative, il n'y a que 3 appartements et les deux autres n'étaient pas occupés. Très calme. Nous pouvions profiter des facilities de l'hôtel Elios Bay, ce qui est un peu plus (salle de sport, billard, table de ping pong, laverie)"

"J'étais seule avec mes deux enfants, le studio était juste. Le 3eme lit était un canapé très très dur. Ce n'était pas l'idéal. Sachant que l appartement n°3 n'était pas occupé tout le long, et était plus grand. Nous n'avions même pas 3 chaises pour s'asseoir, c'est vraiment le gros point négatif."

"Es war perfekt - wir hatten die ganze Anlage samt Pool für uns alleine - besser geht‘s nicht.Appartement und Pool wurden täglich gereinigt - die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und äußerst kompetent. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum azurblauen Meer mit herrlichen Sandstrand und perfektem Sonnenuntergang - Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub 👍"
