"My stay in Lijiang on Artistic-Suite was perfect Even before arriving to Lijiang Julia reached out to me to give me instructions around the pick-up and to give tips around my stay During the stay the stuff made everything possible to make me feel like home - giving me constant advice, tips, where to eat, where to visit and helping me contact the tour guides I booked. They also were extremely kind and friendly with me Last but not least, the hotel is in a perfect location and is clean, beautiful and with lot of space Breakfast was great and the room was clean and big Would love to return"

"Best service I have experienced. The staff was extremely helpful, they arranged a smooth pickup from the airport for me. As I was leaving early in the morning for a tour, a breakfast package was prepared for me in advance. Ms. Julia even helped me fix an issue with my SIM card by calling the operator. Since I wanted to practice my Chinese, they spoke the language with me patiently the whole time. The location is great and I loved the traditional wooden building, which made the experience even more authentic. 100% recommended."

"Our stay in Lijiang was truly memorable, largely thanks to our amazing host, Julia. She contacted me two months in advance to check if I needed anything and took care of every request. We were warmly welcomed with snacks, and throughout our stay she kept surprising us with thoughtful treats. She shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and photo spots, and even assisted us perfectly when it was time to leave. The room was excellent and the location could n’t have been better, right in the heart of Lijiang Old Town. We felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!"

"Spacious, clean and well appointed room in the center of old town. Staff were friendly and Julia really helped us out when we needed it including booking our own private tour and even packed us a breakfast bag. Staying there felt like travelling back in time but with modern conveniences."

"The breakfast was excellent. It was simple but personally made to order by a pleasant staff person. The food was served hot and fresh. It was included in the cost. The location was amazing. It conveniently located in the heart of the ancient town. With plenty of support with directions and arrangements of transportation. We were picked and dropped off at the train station. The room was spacious, bright, carefully laid out, consistent with old town character yet provided modern amenities. Julia and Jeffrey take a very personal approach to managing their hotel. The reception /customer service staff were exceptional. We were very impressed!"
