"Personalul foarte receptiv la nevoile noastre: dupa prima noapte am constatat ca, avand camera spre sosea, aceasta era foarte zgomotoasa. Am fost la receptia hotelului (Royal Plaza Montreux) si ne-au schimbat camera. Aceasta, in primul rand era mai spatioasa si avea 2 bai. :) Deci, camera foarte spatioasa si foarte curat, paturile foarte confortabile, doamnele veneau zilnic pentru curatenie, baile foarte curate si prosoapele schimbate zilnic etc. Loc de parcare: asigurat in parcarea Hotelului Royal Plaza Montreux; cost: 25 CHF pe zi. Villa este situata la 5 minute de faleza superba a orasului si vreo 15 minute plimbare relaxanta de centru. Pentru cei doritori si de plimbari cu BUS-ul prin imprejurimi, statia este aproape in fata vilei. ( exemplu: 201 merge spre Vevey, aproximativ 25 minute, cost 3.90 CHF...evitati stresul de a cauta parcare). In concluzie, totul a fost la superlativ. Vom reveni cu mare bucurie."

"Ni s-a dat o camera la parter care era putin sufocanta. Am cerut o alta camera, stiind ca sint si camere la etajele superioare cu terasa, dar ni s-a spus ca nu au. Ne-au propus o camera in hotelul de peste drum care tine tot de ei,, dar cu 70 CHF pe noapte in plus. Personalul de la recetie destul de neprietenos si neamabil. Am fost de mai multe ori cazati la Vila Toscana, dar de data asta a fost foarte neplacuta interactiunea cu staff-ul. Probabil ultima oara cind ne vom caza aici."

"Due to maintenance activity in Villa Toscane, we were given room in the hotel Royal plaza to this property. My feedback is for Royal plaza and not for Villa Toscana. Royal plaza is an amazing hotel, nicely maintained, close to the lake with amazing views."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I really appreciated the experience. I didn’t mind that the spa is located in a hotel across the street — it’s only a two-minute walk. The spa at the Royal Plaza Hotel is very enjoyable, especially their sauna, steam room, and pool. The room was absolutely fine, and I really appreciated having an electric kettle to make tea in the evening. A big plus is that a city transport card is included, which allows free use of nearby buses. The train station can be reached in about four minutes by bus or around twelve minutes on foot. The room was very comfortable and warm, even though the weather outside was quite cold. A very good hotel with a great spa experience, comfortable rooms, and excellent transport connections. I would happily stay here again, especially outside peak holiday periods."

"The breakfast is very small and basic. While the view of the lake is absolutely stunning, the breakfast itself is quite limited unless you pay extra. It’s fine if you’re in a rush, as I was, but not ideal if you’re looking for variety. During the holiday period, the spa (swimming pool+jacuzzi) was quite crowded, especially with children. However, in the mornings it was calm and peaceful. During my previous weekday stay, it was much quieter and more relaxing."

"Was a nice hotel with the use of the facilities of the more luxurious hotel over the road. We stayed for the Christmas markets so we left our luggage and strolled down the esplanade to the stalls."
