"Locatia. Este foarte aproape de gara din Geneva, la 7 minute de mers pe jos. In plus, hotelul ofera card de transport gratuit pe toate mijloacele de transport in comun. Ceea ce este excelent. Se ajunge usor de la aeroport, fie cu trenul (in 7 minute), fie cu autobuzul (cca 20 minute)."

Generally kacking attention with no hot water in the dispenser, some of the jam pots virtually empty and the staff moving and rearranging furniture around us were a bit disappointing"

"Room was cosy with comfortable bed, and even though you're on the main road, there's barely any noise. The reception staff were very friendly, I got a complimentary chocolate on my birthday which was such a lovely gesture."

"There was cigarette smell coming from somewhere near our window so we couldn't open it at times. There is also meant to be a bar discount for hotel guests but the bar staff didn't apply it most of the time, including when we charged it to our room."
