Located in the city centre next to the small Suze canal and the pedestrianised shopping zone, the Mercure Biel unitate de cazare is easily reachable on foot from the main station. "The room key was not working after my check-in, after 3 times of back and forth between my room and reception, the receptionist opened my room with a physical key. The room key didnt work the 2nd time either. Only the 3rd time of entering/exiting my room, the key access has been fixed."

"The hotel was 15 minutes walk from the train station in a quiet area. The room was a good size and quiet. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were provided. The selection of food and drink at breakfast was very good. It was fairly close to the shopping area and bars and restaurants."
"The shower screen over the bath was only half a metre wide and it was difficult to shower without getting water on the floor. There were no shelves or drawers to put your clothes in."
