"Very helpful and friendly staff. I arrived the hotel at 8am in the morning and the staff still allowed me to check-in. Room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Nice bed and powerful showerhead. Perfect location right next to Zurich HB."
"WiFi is sometimes unstable. Breakfast is fair, not many choices for the buffet. There are some refurbishment works in the hotel but I guess it's temporary, not a big deal. Everything else is perfect."

"Lovely room overlooking the ever-busy Bahnhofstrasse, yet thouroughly quiet. Best room standard for a Swiss four-star, modern design in relaxing beige. The design of the room much superior to that of the lobby and hallways. Two special mentions: one for the super comfortable bedding, the other for the varied options of indirect lighting available to suit mood and time of day. Last but not least, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!"
