Hotelul Royal, renovat în noiembrie 2012, este poziționat strategic în centrul orașului Crans-Montana, în mijlocul Alpilor elvețieni. Oaspeţii au la dispoziţie o cadă cu hidromasaj şi o spațiu de înot interioară. Majoritatea camerelor sunt orientate spre sud și au balcon. Camerele mobilate elegant au WiFi gratuit, TV prin cablu şi zonă de relaxare. În toate camerele sunt disponibile halate de baie, papuci şi uscător de păr. "The hotel is at the center of Crans-Montana just 5 minutes walk distance from the cable car and in a very calm location. My room was exceptionally big with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The staff was super helpful, friendly and efficient and the service overall excellent! Room service was delicious! I had unfortunately no time to have breakfast ...."

"Joli hotel, assez bien situé, agréable. Personnel sympathique et bonne expérience lors du check in où nous avons été upgradé. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, bien que nous y soyons allés en tout début de saison donc difficile de se rendre compte niveau équipement de ski. Grand balcon agréable, jolie vue. La sdb est grande, avec baignoire et bidet. pas de lumière du jour par contre (pas de fenêtre). Breakfast agréable, avec qq options sans gluten appréciées."

Sol très glissant. - le restaurant était full et nous n'avons pas été prévenus par avance - impossible d'y avoir une table. - Parking dehors limité malgré le fait que la plupart des clients viennent en voiture... - A la fin du séjour, ils nous ont demandé de payer des boissons du bar que nous n'avons pas consommées. J'ai dû demander le remboursement par la suite. - Les prix du spa sont incroyablement chers"

"Apartamentul mare, curat, intr o zona linistita. Intrarea s a facut usor, proprietarul foarte cooperant. Lenjeria alba si curata, prosoape impecabile. Bucatarie complet echipata, cu tot ce era necesar, frigider mare. In apropiere un supermarket, cat si un mic mall. In fata blocului o statie de autobuz."
