"The staff were great. Bar was very nice. Spa very nice. Location was great on the high street and not far from bus connections to ski lifts and other villages, peaceful town generally so no issues with noise."

"Bathroom and room were a little dated. Wall panel in toilet kept falling off and it lacked ventilation. Parking spaces very small and extra cost, but manageable."

"The location of the hotel is really close to the bus stop, so it's easy to get around the area. The check-in was smooth, and the room size was perfect for one person. The facilities were great; I only wished the spa area was open later than 20:00. The breakfast was good overall; I would recommend it."

"The spa closing so early"

"Great spa, breakfast room and breakfast. Available parking even though mine was 3 minutes walk down the hill."

"Oldish room."

"Great location, very good breakfast buffet, swimming pool and sauna"

"Good location and spacious room, friendly staff and nice food"

"The pillow is very flat and soft, room is too warm with the heating on. Carpark space is too tight for big car, we have to park somewhere else."

"Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet room. Dog bed and bowl provided."

"Very well equipped, all details addressed, nice room. Good breakfast."

"Pillows very soft. Minor, but cannot think of other flaws."

"I loved the hospitality of the Hotel Team. The Hotel advertises itself as "Ferien unter Freunden" ("Holidays among friends") and they really deliver on this promise. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, great location and amazing mountain view from the hotel room No. 405. I highly recommend Hotel Rosatsch for your holidays in this beautiful location."

The restaurant was a highlight, offering great breakfast buffet with gluten-free and lactose-free options. From the reception team to the restaurant staff, the hospitality was truly remarkable. Every interaction was met with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's location is perfect, making it easy to explore, and the spa was the ultimate place to unwind and relax.
