Provided me with a fan since there was no AC."

"We stayed here in July, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. When we requested fans because of the summer heat, they didn’t just give us one or two — they provided enough for every bedroom and even one for the living room. That kind of detail really shows how much they care about guest comfort. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet in the living room — which was so practical for a group like ours. They also brought us electric kettles when we asked, and when we pointed out that the sofa leg was broken, they fixed it right away — no waiting, no fuss. Everyone we met was polite, respectful, and eager to help. It’s hard to find places that go this extra mile, but this one truly did. I felt so comfortable here, and I already know this will be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommended!"

"We had an amazing stay at Berghotel Tgantieni! Silvano Beltrametti was incredibly friendly and welcoming — he personally checked us in and made us feel right at home. The entire staff was just as kind and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent. The cozy rooms, stunning mountain views, and warm atmosphere made it a perfect getaway in Lenzerheide. Highly recommended!"

"Locatia Hostelului este extraordinara. O vedere frumoasa spre lac, munti in jur si foarte liniste. Foarte apropae de locuri frumoasa cum ar fi Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen sau Interlaken. Staff-ul de la receptie e foarte prietenos, ne-a fost facut si un upgrade a camerei. Eviident ca e hostel, cu baie si dusuri comune, e si un spatiu de genul unei mini bucatarii in care puteai incalzi ceva la microunde sau sa iti faci un ceai. Camera cu veder la lac e extraordinara, cu o terasa la care poti sta si admira imprejurimile. Odaia e foarte basic. Am stat in una din camere cu 2 paturi supraetajate. Camera avea si o masa cu 4 scaune, lavoar, lenjeria de pat era foarte curata, la fel asigurate si prosoapele. Chiar daca era ianuarie, era destul de cald in camera. Un avantaj mare e prezenta locurilor de parcare."
