Folosirea unor materiale precum lemn, piatră şi sticlă a creat un stil rustic, dar design. Vă puteţi bucura de o noapte liniştită de odihnă datorită izolaţiei fonice îmbunătăţite. Construit din materiale naturale din regiunea Zermatt, întregul adresă radiază o atmosferă familiară şi ergonomică, dar designă. Zilnic este servit un bogat mic dejun à la carte tip bufet. Oaspeţii pot admira minunata privelişte a Vârfului Matterhorn, înainte de a explora pitoreştile împrejurimi ale oraşului Zermatt. Barul şi salonul sunt locuri minunate pentru a vă relaxa în timpul serii sau pe tot parcursul zilei. În împrejurimile Motelului Phoenix pot fi găsite numeroase bistroe.

"We had a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. It was unfortunate that our stay coincided with a freak storm which deposited more snow at the time of year than normal. We lost power for a time and with the amount of snow around what otherwise would have been a short distance to food outlets and the centre of town became impossible. If the amount of snow was not there the hotel is a 6 minute walk from the centre of town and well located. We were particularly appreciative of Yolanda who was absolutely fantastic. The snow however was magical after the storm and it was fortunate the trains re-opened when we were due to leave. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel which is a lovely property."

"Wonderful, helpful staff, super clean room and a great breakfast. The fact that the hotel after check out, enabled me to ski in the day and provided a shower and changing facilities before late afternoon travel, was brilliant and really appreciated."

"The hotel is relatively new. Common facilities are clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Ski boots rack is heated and you can enter the elevator straight from the ski room. The rooms are quiet and clean."
"A better selection of pillows would be great and free refills of coffe capsules would make the stay more welcoming. I was surprised that Apple pay was not an accepted method of payment. But overall a very pleasant stay."
"Just stayed 2 nights in Phoenix hotel. The location is pretty good , just a 7 min walk from Zermatt station. The breakfast is very complete and they even offered me a GF bread as I am allergic but overall I will highlight the great and friendly service from all the staff specially at the front desk. Friendly, polite and always willing to help with anything! I will definitely return if coming back to Zermatt."
