"Locație discretă, puțin mai departe de tumultul orașului .Priveliștea de la balcon îți taie respirația. Totul este de un bun gust desăvârșit. Personal extrem de amabil iar proprietarii hotelului sunt oameni minunați și profesioniști desăvârșiți. Mic dejun și cină ireproșabile."

"The room was exceptional and the staff were so warm and accommodating! Fabulous location at the quieter end of town which was so peaceful but everything was still incredibly accessible (we were only a 5 minute walk to the First cable car). We wish we had booked a longer stay!"

"It would have been nice to have a hot option for breakfast, but this was by no means a deal-breaker - what was offered for breakfast was very tasty and the breakfast room was gorgeous and cosy."

"Located on the edge of town away from the noise, with fantastic views all around. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had the 4 course evening meal on 3 of our 4 nights there, and all were very tasty."

"The outside of the hotel is actually even more beautiful than in the picture! The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff was kind and helpful with our requests. Our favourite thing was the AMAZING view of the glacier from our (shared) terrace!"

"The waitresses were a bit "lost", and noone could make the drink we ordered from the menü. We were very excited about the dinner because it sounded so good on paper, it turned out okay."

"Lovely family run hotel!! Exceptional location, easy access to First, Pffinstegg all being a 5 minute walk away and the views are incredible. Great communication from the hotel from start to finish. Rooms had a nice balcony with amazing views which was nice to relax after busy days."

"My bedroom smelt very strongly of fresh wood, which kept making me sneeze in the night! And the rooms were very expensive compared to other areas of Switzerland (I am guessing this might just be the way in Grindelwald) Otherwise comfortable and very quiet."
