"Hotelul este situat intr o zona foarte frumoasa. Camera frumoasa, micul dejun foarte ok"
"Am primit camera 104 fix deasupra receptiei si pana tarziu in noapte am auzit in continuu usa culisanta din receptie cum se deschide/ inchide. Hotelul in sine curat si frumos far curatenia din baie a lasat de dorit, peste tot era par... pardoseala, pereti, cabina de dus; nu este tocmai placut sa gasesti par in baie... Ni s a spus ca parcarea este disponibila in fata hotelului free of charge, am ajuns, am gasit loc de parcare in fata si de fapt erau toate rezervate si am fost trimis in parcarea subterana contracost... Nu este vorba de cost ci de atitudine. Lucrurile astea e normal sa le specifici inaintea rezervarii. Am platit extra pt balcon dar balconul de fapt comunica cu toate celelalte camere deci zero intimitate."

The room was spacious, clean and very modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast included had an amazing choice of food options and the coffee was superb. The parking options were great right outside Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating we would recommend. Thank you to all the team at Hotel Cervo."
