"The location - convenient to Interlaken West train station. A quick trip to the main station: Interlaken Ost for train connections. Early luggage storage available. Decent choices for breakfast (mostly cold e.g. cereals, breads, fruit, cheese and meat slices, boiled eggs.) Friendly staff."

"Communal downstairs bathroom was awful. Needs monitoring to clean during the day. Needs some TLC to replace or refresh fixtures and fittings (e.g. rusted heat radiator) which should be possible given the room prices."
