"Great location we had a car but walkable to town and there was a shuttle bus stop outside hotel.The staff Rachel and Gabby were so accomodating Stayed in two bedroom suite cosy but a little dated however very comfortable. The suite was clean and the house keeping service while staying was excellent. The hot tub was nice after the day on the ski slopes."

"Great place to stay to explore the lovely town of Fernie. Conveniently located with food options very close and walkable to downtown. Great mountain views with comfortable beds and clean all over which is great. There is a board of recommendations inside also which is amazing, some great meals and really fitting so give that a look when you’re here!"

"It's tricky - the air conditioning in the bedroom is great, but because of its location the smoke from neighboring units wafted in at night a couple of the nights I was there. I really appreciated the air conditioning, it made a big difference, but the smoke wasn't ideal. I'm not sure how this would be remedied, so it's more a "this was a bit unfortunate and was more due to other visitors than anything else"."

"Wonderful location close to many trails and pet friendly restaurants. The cabin was clean and had all the dogs necessities including a welcome basket. Would absolutely stay here again! The hot tub is a bonus!"

"Booked this room last minute and it was a great decision and did not disappoint. Very nice design and style and most importantly it was a super, super clean room. It was also spacious enough to bring all our gear up in the room and still have breathing room. Amazing soaker tub and rain shower head. Comfy bed and a nice sofa to sit on and a little table with two chairs and counter in the room with a microwave and coffee maker and fridge/freezer. The bathroom itself was a beautiful design, too. Overall if I have to go to Fernie again I will stay here without a doubt. We were on the second floor close to the main road but overall this was a very quiet room."

"(Really, the place was great and these are just suggestions for improvements. I'd still highly recommend staying here.) The A/C unit was a little old school and it was hard to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Would love to see a tea kettle in the rooms as well as the coffee maker that was already there. Doesn't seem like the rules are really enforced (e.g. there were people smoking right next to no smoking signs, people were backed into parking stalls in front of signs that said "do not back into stalls"). In the shower there was just a shampoo/body wash from a great local shop but missing the conditioner. Would also be great if people could buy a bottle of that same soap/shampoo etc. at the front office as the soap shop wasn't open during our visit and there is a sign in the room that says where to buy the items from. Would also suggest to have sheers and curtains as opposed to just blinds on the windows for more privacy and complete blackout during nighttime. Last thing to be nit picky is there is a usb alarm clock where you can plug in your devices to charge but the outlet is not close to the bed, so had to dig for an extension cord under the bed since my device is a usb c."
