"The room was very nice, and will be great for our upcoming stay for days as it was a suite which she upgraded us to to try for the night so we could see if it would be better for us when we have to stay for quite a few nights next week."

Myself & friend somehow ended up with a room that wouldn't work for us, she was able to find a room that would work, but it would not cost us any extra. "Everything was clean and cozy. Comfortable beds, fresh bed linen and towels, a neat small kitchen with the essentials, and a nice clean pool. The grounds were well maintained, with a smoking area available. We arrived a bit earlier and were checked in right away since the room was already ready — that was very pleasant!"
