"Highly recommend Silver Sand Hostel!!! Originally I booked 2 nights , and enjoyed so much I stayed 4 more nights. The whole experience was wonderful and peaceful: the accommodations: comfortable bed, outdoor kitchen, and Coco the gentle loving dog, Very well looked after. The host manager is very kind and helpful. 🙏🏽 Super clean, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from heart of the Village and steps away from the peaceful water. I really enjoyed my stay and will return."

"Wir hatten das Glück, das 4-Bett-Zimmer nicht teilen zu müssen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten somit genügend Platz. Bei einer vollen Belegung, ist das Zimmer-/Badezimmer eher klein. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man kann Placencia sehr gut zu Fuss erkunden. Die Gastgeber wohnen vor Ort und waren sehr freundlich. Zur Info: Die Unterkunft muss vor Ort bar bezahlt werden."

"Das Toilettenpapier war leer. Zum Glück hatten wir noch eigenes dabei."

"Muy cerca de la playa. Simple pero suficiente. Económico para lo que hay por la zona, dispone de cocina compartida y en mi caso, al ser temporada baja, no tenía a nadie en la habitación compartida"

"Great location, close to beach and restaurants, supermarket just across the road. It runs as a relaxed guest house with drinks, fridges, microwave and toaster if you want to be diy. Owners friendly organised but not intrusive. Nice to have beach towels provided. Affordable for Hopkins."
