"They know how to treat people in their quick and they interested into hearing us. Clients want to develop in the company, which is good because it shows that they want to improve I remember also they asked me about the menu whether the price is it good or not and I advise them to reduce the price. Also they suggested that so that everyone can afford to buy them meal so they were thinking to start Cooking dry and Papa for those who can’t afford so there’s a lot that I’ve planned and I have advised them also so it is good."

"Dirty glasses, no provision for beverages in the rooms but there were cups and sugar in the trays to insinuate that there should be provision of. Should be a variety of beverages provided during breakfast in an establishment like Big 5 lodge which I believe houses tourists. Not just Ricoffy coffee. Water that kept on disappearing while taking a shower. Not quite pleasant especially in this cold weather."

"The host was amazing and very friendly, he even went out of his way to come look for us as we were getting lost and we didn't have network. The host communicated very well with us from when we made our booking until our arrival. They provided us with everything we needed even things we didn't expect since it was self-catering. The wifi coverage is amazing and from myself and my friends we will definitely come back and recommend your place anytime."
