""Bus" pickup on arrival was a disaster. Booked for 4 people in advance with hotel; on arrival no bus, no driver. Got someone to call hotel, promised to send bus in 5 minutes; 15 minutes later up drove unmarked small car with driver with no ID and room for only 2 passengers. Took this car and one taxi that charged US$10. Said bus was in maintenance but that was no excuse for bad service. Otherwise hotel was very comfortable with nice staff and only 5 minutes from airport"
