"I loved the personnel's hospitality, the Ocean's restaurant menu, the landscaping, the two private beaches available for guests, convenient bus stops in front of the hotel that allows you easily to travel by bus or connect with the ferry line that goes to both East and West sides of the island, and the beautiful sunset view that you can enjoy every night."
"The swimming pool was not available but for good reasons as unfortunately the island was hit by a storm two weeks ago. Impressively the hotel infrastructure looked untouched."

"We had a blissful and nurturing stay at Willowbank. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, just so genuinely warm and attentive professionals. The property is quiet andd spscious, and there is a a stunningly beautiful small beach that will blow your mind with its beauty. The restaurant serves delicious meals three times a day and the staff is awesone. We had an amazing stay and truly expect to come back."

"This is a wonderful location, staffed by the nicest people. Willowbank is a charming, older facility that is kept up very well. Everyone who works there takes tremendous pride in the resort. Rooms are quaint and very clean with the essential accommodations. The restaurant is very good with high quality offerings. I will definitely be returning."

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Watercolours between the 17-24 December 2025 and would thoroughly recommend it! The hosts are wonderful, remarkably kind and hospitable - they made our first experience of Bermuda very special, adding a touch of magic to a much needed break. Watercolours is a beautiful home, very tastefully decorated, with the guest rooms luxurious and well appointed. Much thought and consideration has gone into making sure every need is met, so that it really feels like a home from home. Also helpful advice about where to go and how to get there with bus/ferry tickets available to purchase from the host rather than having the hassle of buying these from the bus station. We were so fortunate to have booked this place - it was outstanding in every way!"
