Holiday Park Anchor beneficiază de o locaţie liniştită, la 500 de metri de plaja de nisip din Sinemorets, şi oferă o piscină interioară mare în aer liber, cu zonă pentru copii şi o cadă cu hidromasaj. Restaurantul hotelului oferă preparate culinare din bucătăria bulgară, fructe de mare, meniuri organice şi specialităţi la grătar. Toate unităţile de la Anchor Holiday Park au mobilier din lemn şi aer condiţionat, precum şi TV cu ecran plat cu canale prin cablu. Acestea au frigider, iar unele cazări au chicinetă şi balcon. La bar sunt oferite gustări şi băuturi, iar micul dejun este servit în fiecare dimineaţă. Terasa acoperită, în stil mediteranean, precum şi şezlongurile gratuite îmbie oaspeţii să se relaxeze lângă piscină interioară. O grădină verde luxuriantă şi umbrelele de soare oferă adăpost la umbră în zilele călduroase. Recepţia hotelului are program nonstop şi oferă servicii de spălătorie şi drumeţii în Rezervaţia Naturală Strandzha. Hotelul oferă acces gratuit la internet Wi-Fi şi loc de parcare privată. Centrul staţiunii Sinemoreţ este la 150 de metri de Anchor. Plajele din Ahtopol, Silistar şi Rezovo se află la 10 minute de mers cu maşina.

"A nice family-run place, very cute, clean rooms, nice overview of the pool from all the rooms, very friendly staff and home made breakfast. You can go to Veleka beach or to the Butamyata by foot, and lots of nice restaurants around."

"We like the setting of this hotel, the way the houses are surrounding the pool and overlook a green area around. It´s an ok distance to both Sinemorets beaches. The pool is an amazing place to relax at. The rooms and bathroom are very nice."
"The beds are not overly comfortable. The pool is a bit worn out (it´s tiled with little tiles that are missing at places especially at the children´s pool). We were sad that the restaurant is not active anymore (you can order a selection of dishes beforehand though)."

"The apartment was spacious and very convenient with all the needed. An excellent breakfast, a great clean pool with warm water. The beach is near and is quite good, not crowded. Most importantly, Zoya, the hostess, accepted us cordially and provided all needed for a superb seaside vacation. Thank you!"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
