"Ne-a placut, ne-am simtit bine. Apartamemtul, desi da semne ca are deja peobabil peste 10 ani, are dotarile funxtionale, este curat si bine intretinut. O nota speciala penttu restaurant. Atat micul dejun, cat si cina au fost foarte bune si variate. Pozitia deosebita: se iese de la etajul 2, unde este depozitul de schiuri, direct pe partie si se poate coborî pana la telescaun, de unde de pit cumpara si skipass. Statiunea de schi e foarte faina, zaoada fiarte multa, buna si partii bine pregatite. Piscina e mica, dar bine intretinita., centrul SPA - fain."

"Amplasarea chiar langa partii in mijlocul padurii inseamna un aer deosebit de curat in jurul hotelului. Personalul a fost foarte amabil si prietenos indiferent ca vorbim de serviciile de curatenie/restaurant sau receptie."

"Restaurantul si barul se inchid destul de devreme, inainte de ora 23.30, dar daca fac o comparatie cu Slovacia (20:30) aceasta fraza ar fi trebuit sa o trec la plusuri."

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and warm. I especially appreciated having a terrace, which was a priority for me. The animation team did a great job despite the small play area. The themed evening discos and dances for kids were excellent. The full-day kindergarten is a brilliant idea—they teach children how to ski on the hotel’s own private slope, allowing parents to ski all day while the kids are entertained. We were also very happy with the food; it was plentiful, varied, and delicious."

"Unfortunately, the staff were very slow and unhelpful. We lost our child's glasses, and no one made an effort to help us find them. They wouldn't even let us back into the room to double-check, which was very frustrating"
