"Understaffed. Mai ales barul/restaurantul. Am fost serviti in data de 1 ianuarie de o singura persoana, care era si barman si chelner. A facut cocktail-uri, a preluat comenzi de mancare, le-adus de la bucataria care era prea departe (nu se poate nicicum rezolva altfel?), a spalat pahare si mese, a aranjat mese cu tacamuri si servete de masa. Groaznic de obosit (ne-a servit si masa de Revelion!) a fost totusi extrem de amabil, tot timpul cu zambetul pe buze si cerand iertare pentru intarzieri…"
